These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the film rental service offered by The Big Movie Company ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, renting, or streaming the film, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

We offer time-limited, non-exclusive rentals of the feature film "Myall Creek: Day of Justice". A rental grants you a personal, non-transferable right to stream the film for the rental window you purchase, beginning when you press play. Rentals are for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service unlawfully or for fraud;
• copy, download, record, redistribute, publicly perform, or resell the film;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or access controls (including digital rights protections);
• probe, scan, scrape, or otherwise compromise the service or its infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The film, the website, and all related software, branding, and materials are owned by The Big Movie Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. No ownership or licence is granted to you except the limited viewing right described above.

Payment, billing and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental giving rise to the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
