The Big Movie Company wants you to be happy with your rental. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if something isn't right, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@myallcreekfilm.com using the email address you bought with, and we'll arrange it. Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe.

After a refund

Once a refund is approved, your access to stream the film ends. You'll receive confirmation and the amount is returned to your original payment method.
