The Big Movie Company wants you to be happy with your rental. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if something isn't right, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net (use the email address you bought with) or email us at hello@myallcreekfilm.com and we'll help arrange it.
After a refund
Once a refund is approved, your access to stream the film ends. You'll receive confirmation from Paddle and the amount is returned to your original payment method.
